Patient Service Associate Executive, Business Office (Inpatient Billing)

You will ensure accurate and timely processing of inpatient billing and claims processing. You will provide excellent customer service to patient enquiries, feedback and explanation on Hospital policies and Medisave regulations.

You are also expected to assist Supervisors in other ad hoc projects and duties asassigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma with 2 years relevant work experience
• Good communication (both written and spoken) skills
• Team player with good analytical skills and the ability to work independently
• Knowledgeof SAP and prior customer service experience in a healthcare environment willbe an added advantage
