Patient Service Associate, DSC

DSC Clinic (31 Kelantan lane), is our outpatient clinic for the diagnosis, treatment and control of Sexually Transmitted Infections (STIs) in Singapore.

Roles and Responsibilities

. Assists to oversee the smooth and efficient running of the clinic counter

. Perform STI screening

. Attends to patients enquiries, provide directions and assist with clarifications

. Assists in registration, billing and appointments booking of patients

. Assist with doctors requests

. Provide patient education to patients and caregivers

. Perform clinical tasks (eg. monitoring of vital signs, financial counselling)

Job Requirements

. Minimum GCE N Levels or equivalent

. At least 1 year of direct frontline customers service experience

. Proficient in Microsoft Office
