DSC Clinic (31 Kelantan lane), is our outpatient clinic for the diagnosis, treatment and control of Sexually Transmitted Infections (STIs) in Singapore.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Assists to oversee the smooth and efficient running of the clinic counter
- Perform STI screening
- Attends to patients enquiries, provide directions and assist with clarifications
- Assists in registration, billing and appointments booking of patients
- Assist with doctors requests
- Provide patient education to patients and caregivers
- Perform clinical tasks (eg. monitoring of vital signs, financial counselling)
Job Requirements
- Minimum GCE N Levels or equivalent
- At least 1 year of direct frontline customers service experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
