What You'll Do
- Provide warm, professional, and empathetic frontline service to patients
- Register patients for visits and manage appointment scheduling
- Handle payment collection and basic financial transactions accurately
- Maintain and update patient records with care and confidentiality
- Offer clear financial counselling and guidance to patients when required
- Work closely with clinical and administrative teams to ensure a smooth patient experience
What We're Looking For
- Diploma in any discipline or GCE A / O Levels or Higher NITEC (Business Studies) or NITEC (Service Skills)
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast‑paced, people‑centred environment
- Friendly, team‑oriented personality with good communication skills
- Frontline or customer service experience is an advantage (training provided)
- Basic proficiency in computer applications
Working Hours
- Mondays to Fridays with alternate Saturdays (half‑day)
- Staggered office hours to support work‑life balance
- Rostered Sunday duty: once every 6 weeks
