Job Description:
Provide frontline patient service including registration, queue management, and assisting with general enquiries at clinics or service counters.
Handle call centre duties such as answering patient calls, managing appointments, providing information on services, and escalating issues when needed.
Support clinical operations by assisting with basic administrative tasks, preparing consultation rooms, handling documents, and coordinating with clinical staff.
Manage billing and cashiering duties, including processing payments, verifying patient particulars, and ensuring accurate documentation.
Maintain service excellence by ensuring timely follow-up, delivering courteous and professional service, and supporting smooth clinic and call centre workflow.
Requirement:
Minimum GCE O Levels
