We are seeking a dedicated and versatile Patient Service Associate to join our growing healthcare team. In this role, you will be the key link between patients, staff, and departments-ensuring smooth daily operations and an exceptional care experience. You'll oversee both administrative and patient-facing responsibilities, contributing directly to the efficiency of the clinic and the well-being of our patients.

- Basic $2,000 - $3,500
- Location: Central
- 5 days work per week: 10am -8pm, fixed off day on Monday & Sunday.
What You'll Do
- Be the first touchpoint for patients-coordinate, confirm, and follow up on appointments with professionalism and care.
- Manage patient records by updating demographics, medical history, and insurance details with accuracy and discretion.
- Verify insurance coverage, handle co-payments, and manage transactions (cash, card, or digital) with accountability.
- Reconcile daily collections and ensure accurate postings into the Clinic Management System and insurer portals.
- Keep patients informed on appointment schedules, delays, and waiting times.
- Support clinical triage by gathering essential information for effective prioritization of care.
- Address patient queries with empathy, professionalism, and clarity.
- Stay updated on insurance policies, subsidy schemes, and funding sources to guide patients confidently.
- Provide hands-on support with form-filling, documentation, and record management in compliance with PDPA requirements.
- Monitor, replenish, and manage clinic inventory to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Dispense medications safely according to protocols, with verification by a second staff member and/or doctor.
- Handle specimen collection, labelling, and processing with care and precision.
- Assist doctors during clinical procedures and ensure a seamless workflow.
- Be adaptable to support multiple clinic outlets when required.
- Carry out other duties as assigned by your Supervisor or Management.
