Working hours:
- Weekday: 630am to 730pm (Only need to work 8 hours a day on weekday - Need to follow the roster planned by supervisor)
- Every Sat: 630am to 130pm (Only need to work 4 hours on Sat - Need to follow the roster planned by supervisor)
- 44 hours per work week
Job scope:
- Greet and register patients
- Schedule patient appointment
- Coordinate specialists consultation referrals
- Handle payments and respond to patient enquiries in a courteous and professional manner
- Manage patient concerns, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary
- Communicate effectively with patients to provide a high level of customer service
- Will be stationed at Health monitoring station based on roster. Involved in taking height / weight and blood pressure for patients at Health monitoring station
Requirements:
- No experience required as training will be provided
- Min. N / O / A / NITEC/ Diploma in any field
- Be comfortable starting as early as 630am
- Comfortable with Pre-employment vaccination check up.
