Key Responsibilities

Support patient registration, documentation, and insurance claims submission.
Generate tax invoices and receipts maintain accurate records.
Manage appointment calendars and follow-up visits efficiently.
Ensure strict confidentiality and compliance with healthcare policies.
Collaborate closely with clinical teams to optimize patient flow.
Provide administrative and clerical support as required.
Requirements
Essential
GCE O Level or Diploma in Business Administration / Healthcare Management.
Good communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first mindset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Willingness to work rotating shifts, including alternate Saturdays.
Preferred:
Prior experience in a healthcare, surgical, or clinic environment.
