You will deliver professional customer service to ensure smooth operation of the admission centres. This includes managing urgent admissions from outpatient clinics, appointment scheduling, payments, financial counselling and delivering pre-operative instructions to patients. In addition, you will maintain accurate patient records and documentation, as well as participate in quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- GCE O / N Level with at least 1 year of frontline customer service experience
- Customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail
- Experience with SAP system will be advantageous
- Able to work staggered hours between 8.30am and 6.30pm on weekdays
