Your Role & Impact
As a Patient Information Associate, You Will
- Welcome and assist patients, visitors, and members of the public
- Guide visitors to inpatient wards and direct them around the campus
- Assist patients and visitors with self‑registration kiosks or counter services
- Handle general enquiries clearly, calmly, and professionally
- Support access control and explain visiting policies, especially during non‑visiting hours
- Provide frontline counter support while maintaining a composed and helpful presence—even during busy periods
You will be working in an environment where
empathy, attentiveness, and calm communication matter every day.
Shift Details
- Shift‑based role
- Earliest shift starts at 7:30AM
- Latest shift ends at 9:00PM
- Includes weekends and public holidays
- 5‑day work week

Requirements
- Minimum NITEC, Higher NITEC, or Diploma in Service Skills
- At least 1 year of customer service experience (hospitality, service, or retail experience is an advantage)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- IT‑savvy and proficient in common computer applications (e.g. Microsoft Office)
