Position: Pastry Chef
Job Descriptions:
Leads and motivates junior pastry cook in the preparation of daily pastry products with consistent quality
- Involvement in daily production of pastry products in accordance with specifications from recipes
- Monitor and order ingredients and supplies
- Ensure safe and proper use of equipment at all times
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in and around workstation and strictly abide with health/sanitation regulations
Requirements:
- Certificate in Pastry Skills or its equivalent.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Have good knowledge in Bread & Pastry, and hold a Certificate in Pastry & Bakery or equivalent are more preferable.
