We are a local company which operates a Filipino restaurant in Singapore. We are lookingfor a candidate to fill in the position of a Pastry Chef.
Some of the duties are as follows:
1. To prepare a wide variety of Filipino pastries (cakes, breads, pies and etc.) adhering to in-house recipes.
2. Monitor Inventory of ingredients and make appropriate orders within the budget.
3. Check all conditions of the equipment and maintain a strict food hygiene standard.
Required Qualifications
1. At least a bachelor's degree in any discipline.
2. Experience working in the:
a) F&B line for at least 5 years,
b) and at least 2 years in making Filipino pastries.
3. The candidate must preferably be able to converse well in both English and Filipinoas the job requires broad coordination in both languages.
4. The candidate should have an extensive experience in preparing and handlingFilipino desserts.
