Your duties are including the following:
. Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, cakes, breads, and desserts according to recipes and quality standards.
. Develop new dessert recipes and menu items, keeping up with culinary trends and customer preferences.
. Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and appearance of all pastry products served.
. Manage inventory and order ingredients to maintain adequate stock while minimizing waste.
. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety in the pastry kitchen, adhering to health regulations.
. Monitor kitchen equipment and report maintenance needs to ensure smooth operations.
. Control food costs and manage budget for the pastry section to maximize profitability.
Minimum working experience: 1 year
