The Role

You'll work alongside an exceptional team, crafting elevated contemporary Asian pastry and dessert experiences for guests from all over the world. From plated desserts to petit fours, every detail matters — and you'll be part of making it happen.

• Have formal culinary/pastry training or solid kitchen experience at Commis or DCDP level
