Role Overview
We're looking for a talented On-Site Baker who can combine technical baking skill with an engaging, stage-worthy presence. You'll be responsible for the live production of mini cakes and pastries while showcasing the artistry and energy of our brand-drawing customers in through your craft and personality.
Key Responsibilities
- Live Baking with Showmanship
- Bake and finish mini cakes and pastries in full view of customers, bringing energy and confidence to the process.
- Present your work with style-capturing attention through professional yet entertaining flair.
- Production & Quality
- Produce high-quality mini cakes and pastries consistently according to brand recipes and standards.
- Monitor baking schedules to ensure a steady supply of fresh, visually stunning products.
- Maintain top-notch taste, texture, and presentation.
- Operations & Hygiene
- Keep the on-site kitchen and display areas spotless, organised, and compliant with food safety standards.
- Track ingredients and request replenishment as needed.
- Customer Engagement & Brand Presence
- Greet and interact warmly with customers answer questions about products and brand story.
- Represent the brand's fun, modern personality with confidence and charm.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a baker or pastry chef, preferably with mini cakes and pastries.
- Strong showmanship or natural stage presence-comfortable performing your craft in front of an audience.
- Deep knowledge of baking techniques and food-safety practices.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
