- Prepare and bake breads, pastries, cakes, desserts, and other baked products according to approved recipes and operational requirements
- Ensure consistency in food quality, presentation, and portioning standards
- Support daily food preparation and production schedules based on operational needs
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in accordance with company policies and food safety regulations
- Monitor stock levels, ingredient freshness, and proper storage practices
- Minimise food wastage through proper planning and inventory control
- Assist in menu preparation and seasonal product planning when required
- Ensure bakery and kitchen equipment are used safely and maintained properly
- Work closely with kitchen and operations teams to support daily service requirements
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment
- Support training and guidance for junior kitchen staff when assigned
- Perform other duties assigned by management to support operational needs
Key Requirements - Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in bakery, pastry, food preparation, or kitchen operations
- Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safe food handling practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage operational timelines effectively
- Good teamwork and communication skills
Ability to organise and prioritise work responsibilities efficiently
Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays where required
