Salary: Basic around $2300 -$3500
Working Location: Hamilton Road, Circular Road, McCallum Street and Jewel
Working Hours: 5.5days , 9 hours shift (11am-10pm)(Morning & Afternoon shift) with one hour break

Job Description
- Assist in basic food preparation (washing, cutting, peeling ingredients)
- Support chefs in cooking and meal preparation as directed
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas
- Dispose of kitchen waste according to hygiene and safety guidelines
- Receive and store food supplies correctly
- Follow food hygiene and safety standards at all times
- Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor or chef
Job Requirement
- Prior experience in kitchen or F&B environment is an advantage
- Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to work weekends and public holidays if needed
- Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Basic understanding of food hygiene preferred
