Pastry Assistant

PASTRY ASSISTANT

Caffe Beviamo is looking for a reliable and passionate Pastry Assistant to join our team.

Main responsibilities:

.⁠ ⁠Assist with the daily preparation and production of cakes, pastries, desserts and other baked items

.⁠ ⁠Measure, mix and prepare ingredients according to recipes

.⁠ ⁠Support the pastry chef throughout the production process

.⁠ ⁠Bake, decorate, portion and present products according to our standards

.⁠ ⁠Ensure consistency in taste, quality and presentation

.⁠ ⁠Assist with stock control, storage and ingredient rotation

.⁠ ⁠Maintain a clean, organised and hygienic pastry kitchen

.⁠ ⁠Follow all food-safety and hygiene procedures

.⁠ ⁠Perform other pastry and kitchen duties when required

Requirements:

.⁠ ⁠Previous pastry, baking or kitchen experience is preferred

.⁠ ⁠Basic knowledge of baking and pastry preparation

.⁠ ⁠Good attention to detail and presentation

.⁠ ⁠Able to follow recipes and instructions accurately

.⁠ ⁠Reliable, punctual and willing to learn

.⁠ ⁠Able to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team

.⁠ ⁠Available to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
