Parts & Inventory Executive

Responsibilities:
. Manage spare parts inventory and warehouse stock levels.
. Coordinate with customers to fulfill direct and indirect spare parts orders.
. Monitor stock availability and work with warehouse staff to replenish inventory.
. Handle customer enquiries, quotations, and follow-ups.
. Liaise with local and overseas vendors on spare parts sourcing and requirements.
. Prepare purchase orders, delivery orders, invoices, billing, and shipping documents.
. Track spare parts shipments and ensure timely delivery.

Requirements:
. 3 years experience in inventory or spare parts management
. Strong communication and negotiation skills
. Self-motivated, adaptable and able to work independently and in a team
