Parts & Accessories Sales (Retail & Workshop), recommend suitableparts and accessories to enhance customer riding experience.
Achieve monthly sales targets for parts and accessories.
Inventory management. Monitor stock aging (A1 to A5 categories) andimplement clearance strategies. Ensure proper stock rotation and minimizeobsolete inventory.
Ordering & supplier coordination. Follow up on order status,backorders, and ETA with suppliers/HDMC. Ensure timely ordering of critical andfast-moving parts
Workshop support - coordinate closely with Service Advisors and Technicians on partsrequirements. Ensure minimal downtime due to parts unavailability
Customer service & experience - Provide professional andknowledgeable assistance to customers. Handle customer inquiries, quotations,and parts availability checks. Manage customer orders and ensure timelyupdates.
Ensure proper display and merchandising of parts and accessories inshowroom. Supportmarketing initiatives, promotions, and campaigns.
System & Documentation. Maintain accurate records in Autoline andrelated systems. Support reporting requirements (sales, inventory, aging stock,etc.).
Requirements
Minimum 2-3 yearsof experience in Automotive/motorcycle parts operations. Knowledge ofHarley-Davidson products and systems is an advantage.
Strongunderstanding of parts inventory management and ordering processes.
Detail orientedwith strong organizational skills
Good communicationand customer service skills
Team player, willingto learn, take initiative & drive, and continuously improve throughself-development.
Ability to work ina fast-paced workshop environment.
