The role
We are hiring a Partner Manager to build and scale our partner ecosystem in Singapore and selected APAC markets. You will recruit, enable, activate, and co-sell with partners to deliverpartner-sourced Closed-Won annual subscription deals.
What you'll be doing
Recruit, onboard, and activate new channel/solution partners.
Build partner enablement materials and run partner training sessions.
Drive co-marketing and co-selling motions with Marketing and the AE.
Manage partner pipeline, forecasting, and monthly partner business reviews.
Ensure partner-sourced opportunities progress through stages and becomeClosed-Won.
Maintain partner attribution accuracy and CRM hygiene.
What we're looking for
37+ years in partnerships/channel sales (SaaS preferred).
Proven partner recruitment and activation experience.
Strong co-sell and co-marketing execution capability.
Excellent CRM discipline and forecasting skills.
Comfortable representing the company at partner events.
