Job Description

Our client is a fast-growing lifestyle concept brand. They are currently looking for an Events & Partnerships Manager. In this role, you'll be the bridge between the brand and their corporate partners, managing relationships, coordinating events, and ensuring every activation runs smoothly and professionally.

Salary: Up to $4,500 + incentive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies that grow event bookings and revenue across multiple venues.
  • Showcase spaces to potential clients.
  • Serve as the main point of contact throughout the event journey - from inquiry and planning to flawless on-site execution.
  • Maintain a detailed CRM and events database, tracking client preferences, histories, and spending trends.
  • Analyze sales performance and forecasts to identify growth opportunities and market trends.
  • Explore new marketing and partnership initiatives based on market insights and audience data.

Requirements:

  • A strong background in event sales or event management within the hospitality or F&B industry.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills - confident in client-facing roles.
  • Proven experience with budgeting, forecasting, and ROI tracking.
  • A high standard for guest experience and operational excellence.
  • Highly organized, resourceful, and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • A passion for creating experiences that connect people through food, ambience, and service.
