About The Role

Manager, Partnerships

As the Senior Manager overseeing partnerships in Foundation Healthcare, you will play a pivotal role in fostering strong relationships with physicians within our specialist healthcare network. You will lead strategic initiatives to attract, onboard, and support physicians, ensuring their seamless integration into our organization and supporting their ability to serve more patients.

You will also be the liaison between physicians and internal stakeholders, facilitating communication, addressing concerns and implementing partnership initiatives to accomplish business objectives.

Key responsibilities and skills:

Physician Recruitment

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy to attract high-calibre physicians across various medical specialties.

Physician Onboarding and Integration

  • Develop comprehensive onboarding programs to facilitate the smooth transition of physicians joining our specialist healthcare network.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assist in the set-up of clinic practices for new physicians.
  • Provide ongoing support to ensure physicians are effectively integrated into our group and aligned with our mission and values.

Relationship Management

  • Cultivate strong relationships with physicians at all levels, serving as a trusted advisor and liaison between physicians and the leadership team.
  • Proactively address physician concerns, providing timely resolution and fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Implement feedback mechanisms to solicit input from physicians and continuously improve engagement initiatives.
  • Participate in the development of strategic initiatives to enhance physician engagement and retention within the private practice setting.
  • Conduct market research and stay abreast of industry trends to inform the development of innovative physician engagement strategies.

Communication and Collaboration

  • Develop and execute communication strategies to keep physicians informed about organizational updates, policies, and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with department heads and key stakeholders to identify opportunities for physician involvement in decision-making processes and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Facilitate regular meetings and forums to promote collaboration, knowledge sharing, and professional development among physicians.

Business Development / Service Line Development

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create initiatives to drive business growth.
  • Partner physicians to develop new service lines and clinical programs.

Applicant Considerations:

  • Proven experience in healthcare administration, physician relations, or a related role. Applicant should possess a strong understanding of the private healthcare landscape in Singapore.
  • 5 7 years of demonstrated track record of building and maintaining relationships with medical professionals.
  • Strong analytical and strategic mindset, with the ability to synthesize difficult concepts and summarize into succinct points.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate organizational goals into actionable plans.
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently or collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business priorities.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
