We are looking for a Partnerships Manager to drive growth through co-branded marketing partnerships, identifying new partners and building campaigns that deliver measurable acquisition outcomes.

The Role

This is a commercially driven partnerships role focused on prospecting, pitching, and closing new co-branded marketing partnerships.

You will identify brands, platforms, and ecosystem partners to collaborate on joint marketing campaigns. You'll own the partnership lifecycle end-to-end, from outreach and pitching to campaign execution and optimisation.

Working closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams, you'll ensure partnerships are commercially sound, well-executed, and performance-driven.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, identify, and secure new partners for co-branded and joint marketing campaigns.
  • Pitch partnership concepts that create mutual value, including lead generation, promotional campaigns, content collaborations, and audience activation.
  • Own the full partnership lifecycle - outreach, negotiation, contracting, launch, and optimization.
  • Develop partnership proposals, pitch decks, and campaign concepts tailored to each partner.
  • Work with the internal marketing team to execute campaigns efficiently and on schedule.
  • Track campaign performance against agreed KPIs and optimize where needed.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective partners across relevant industries and verticals.
  • Stay close to market trends and competitor activity to identify new partnership angles and opportunities.

What We're Looking For

  • 36 years of experience in partnerships, business development, media partnerships, or related roles within digital marketing, adtech, or martech.
  • Proven experience in hunter roles, including outbound prospecting and deal closure.
  • Strong understanding of co-branded marketing, lead generation, or performance marketing campaigns.
  • Commercially minded, with the ability to structure win-win partnership proposals.
  • Confident communicator and presenter, comfortable pitching to external stakeholders.
  • Highly proactive, resilient, and results-driven.
  • Willingness to travel regionally on an occasional basis (approximately 1020%).
