Role: Partnerships Executive
Location: Singapore
Reports to: Head of Partnerships, Tin Men Capital
Overview:
As a Partnerships Executive at Tin Men Capital, you will support the Head of Partnerships in building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including startup founders, policymakers, Limited Partners, and solution providers. This role is execution-heavy and requires strong ownership across partnerships, events, content production, and brand operations. You will be instrumental in organizing community events, contributing to content generation, enhancing branding and marketing efforts, and managing our CRM system.
Key Responsibilities:
Stakeholder Engagement
- Assist in identifying and engaging key stakeholders such as startup founders, investors, policymakers, and other relevant partners.
- Support in nurturing long-term relationships and partnerships to create value for Tin Men Capital and its portfolio companies.
Event Management
- Organize and execute community events, workshops, and networking sessions to maximise connections for stakeholders.
- Manage event logistics, including venue selection, invitations, agendas, and post event follow-ups.
- Ensure events are aligned with the overall partnership and marketing strategy.
Content Generation & Branding
- Develop and support the production of relevant and engaging content (e.g., blog posts, case studies, newsletters, podcasts and social media).
- Assist in executing Tin Men Capital's branding strategy by supporting the creation of marketing collateral.
- Track industry trends and provide input for thought leadership materials and communications.
CRM Management
- Maintain and update the CRM system to ensure accurate records of stakeholder interactions, partnerships, and communications.
- Leverage the CRM to expand Tin Men Capital's reach through email campaigns.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma. Preference given to those with Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Fresh Graduates are welcome. Preference given to those with 1-3 years of experience in partnerships, business development, marketing, or community management (experience in the VC or startup ecosystem is not required).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Must be detail oriented.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with stakeholders.
- Event management experience is preferred.
- Passion for community building and interest in creative design is highly valued.
