Role Overview

We're looking for our next Partnerships Executive to fuel our growth engine through strategic partnerships. You'll be the bridge connecting our vision with the partners who make it happen, working across all our markets and directly impacting how we scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partnership Pipeline Management

Drive conversations forward with potential partners, tackle their questions, and support our negotiation efforts

  • Contract Orchestration

Help draft, review, and close partnership agreements that actually make sense for everyone involved

  • Execution Excellence

Make sure partnership contracts come to life on time, on scope, every time

  • Relationship Building

Be the go-to person for partners (new and existing), keeping communication smooth and solving problems before they become problems

  • Cross-Team Collaboration

Work with marketing, product, data, and legal teams to keep everyone aligned and moving fast

  • Market Intelligence

Stay ahead of trends, track competitors, and spot partnership opportunities others miss

  • Performance Tracking

Report on partnership wins, track what matters, and find ways to make our partnerships even better

Who Were Looking For

  • 2+ years in partnerships, biz dev, or account management (multi-market experience is a bonus)
  • Strong communication skills you build relationships that stick, both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage multiple partnerships while keeping track of contract details and performance metrics
  • Comfortable with CRM tools and partner relationship management systems
  • Great at collaborating across teams and time zones, but also self-driven and resourceful
  • Experience with contract negotiation and commercial agreements
  • Curious about AI tools and automation always looking for ways to work more efficiently
  • Self-starter who takes ownership, prioritizes well, and thrives in fast-paced environments
  • Understanding of Asian markets (particularly Hong Kong and Singapore) and cultural nuances in business
  • Bonus: Proficiency in Mandarin and Cantonese is a plus
