Home for Good Singapore (HFG-SG) strengthens the fostering community through meaningful programmes, partnerships, and engagement initiatives.
The Partnerships & Programme Executive / Senior Executive supports the planning and delivery of community-centred programmes and contributes to organisational growth in three key areas:
- Communications and community engagement
- Volunteer management
- Data systems and programme evaluation
This role combines operational execution with opportunities to improve processes and build sustainable systems that support HFG-SG's long-term impact.
Key Responsibilities
1. Programme Delivery & Community Engagement
- Coordinate and support programmes that strengthen and support foster families and the fostering community.
- Support planning and execution of community events, workshops, and engagement initiatives.
- Gather participant feedback and contribute to programme improvement discussions.
2. Communications & Publicity
- Support the planning and execution of communications initiatives aligned with organisational priorities.
- Develop and maintain content workflows (e.g., content calendars, campaign timelines).
- Prepare communication materials such as EDMs, social media posts, newsletters, brochures, and annual report content.
- Ensure messaging consistency across platforms and engagement channels.
- Track basic engagement metrics (reach, participation sign-ups, volunteer interest).
3. Volunteer & Member Engagement
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and coordination of volunteers.
- Maintain structured onboarding processes and clear communication touchpoints with volunteers.
- Assist in matching volunteers to suitable roles and monitoring volunteer engagement.
- Maintain accurate volunteer records and contribute ideas to improve retention and community building.
- Support development of volunteer pathways where appropriate.
4. Data Management & Programme Evaluation
- Maintain and update programme, volunteer, and event databases to ensure accurate records.
- Monitor participation trends and maintain dashboards or reporting templates.
- Support analysis of programme outcomes and contribute to evaluation reports.
- Work with the team to translate data into insights that inform programme improvements and stakeholder reporting.
5. Partnerships & Fundraising Support
- Assist in partnership development through research and relationship coordination.
- Support fundraising-related initiatives and documentation where required.
- Contribute programme insights and impact data to partnership or funding materials.
6. Administration & Organisational Support
- Support meeting administration, including scheduling, documentation, and minutes-taking.
- Manage general enquiries and maintain HFG-SG records.
- Work collaboratively in a hybrid team environment and respond flexibly to evolving community needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in social sciences, Community Development, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum two years of relevant experience.
- Strong organisational and interpersonal skills, with sensitivity to working with families and community stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining attention to detail.
- Alignment with HFG-SG's mission and values.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office familiarity with Canva, Adobe, or similar tools.
Preferred Attributes
- Experience supporting communications planning, content workflows, or social media engagement.
- Familiarity with volunteer coordination processes or community programmes.
- Comfort working with data tracking, reporting templates, or simple dashboards.
- Ability to work in a small, collaborative, mission-driven team environment.
Scope of Ownership
This role focuses on operational delivery while contributing to system improvements in communications, volunteer engagement, and data tracking. The Executive /Senior Executive will collaborate closely with the Executive Director to strengthen sustainable processes that support organisational growth.
