Job Description

  • Lead conversations with key regional brands to co-create 360 growth initiatives and long-term strategic marketing plans.
  • Pitch and secure prime real estate for Atome on partner platforms
  • Plan and deploy multi-channel campaigns within budget, ensuring seamless integration across owned, paid and partner-led channels.
  • Optimize the merchant-side marketing funnel to reduce drop-offs and increase BNPL adoption at the point of sale.
  • Prepare performance reports analyzing key account results and growth drivers.
  • Coordinate marketing communications across owned, paid and partners channels.
  • Turn learnings into actionable insights for future campaigns.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to produce data drive results.
  • Drive uptake of new strategic projects through the marketing channels
  • Manage operational processes including invoicing, documentation, and internal workflow guides.

Job Requirement

  • Candidates with 4-5 years of experience in partnership management.
  • Proven track record of managing partners and hitting joint objectives.
  • Strong analytical skills to translate data into insights and actions.
  • Excellent stakeholder and project management skills.
  • Growth mindset, independent and self-motivated.
  • Adaptability and willingness to tackle challenges.
