Job Description
The Partner Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in driving joint marketing initiatives with our most strategic global partners. This role is responsible for developing and executing co-marketing strategies that align with both our business objectives and those of our partners.
Key Responsibilities
Partner Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute integrated marketing plans with strategic partners to drive joint business growth.
Align marketing initiatives with partner business goals, sales targets, and product roadmaps.
Campaign Development & Execution
Lead the creation of co-branded campaigns, product launches, digital content, and demand generation programs.
Manage end-to-end campaign execution including messaging, creative development, and performance tracking.
Market Development Fund (MDF) Management
Own the planning, allocation, and ROI tracking of MDF investments
Guide partners on proposal development and ensure compliance with branding and ROI standards
Stakeholder Management
Act as the primary marketing liaison between internal teams (sales, product, comms) and partner marketing counterparts.
Build strong relationships with partner stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration.
Performance & Reporting
Define KPIs and measure the effectiveness of partner marketing programs.
Provide regular reporting and insights to internal and partner stakeholders.
Enablement & Content
Collaborate with product and content teams to develop partner-facing assets such as solution briefs, case studies, and sales enablement tools.
Ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment across all partner touchpoints.
Event & Program Support
Support joint participation in industry events, webinars, and partner summits.
Coordinate logistics, messaging, and promotional activities for partner-led events.
Skill Requirements:
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong background in B2B marketing, partner ecosystems, and semiconductor or high-tech industries.
Experience in marketing functions in related industry sectors.
A bachelors degree (pref. in quantitative/technical streams or business management)
Strong with numbers and data
Needs to be proficient with MS Excel or similar data processing tools
Ability to handle client discussions and relationships with a high degree of independence and manage client expectations on a day-to-day basis. The role would involve significant level of direct client connects, so the person is expected to have a good command on English and generally high degree of confidence managing interpersonal engagements
Highly organized, detail oriented, and results focused.

Experience working at a Marketing Agency (focused on digital marketing) or proven understanding of the agency ecosystem and ways of working
Keen awareness and understanding of the latest relevant digital commerce and marketing trends and happenings
