o Identify and evaluate potential partnership opportunities aligned with company goals.
o Expand the network of partners in enterprise and workforce transformation ecosystem
o Develop and execute partnership strategies that drive EWTP adoption
Relationship Management:
o Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners.
o Act as the main point of contact for existing and prospective partners.
o Manage communication, negotiation, and problem resolution with partners.
Events organising
o Initiate and plan and execute events such as seminars and webinars, and capability building workshops with partners.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
o Work closely with marketing, product, operations, and advisory teams to ensure partnership goals are achieved.
o Align internal resources to support partnership execution and success.
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
o Define KPIs and measure the effectiveness of partnerships
o Provide regular reports and insights to management on the status and ROI of partnerships
Market Research & Insights:
o Stay informed on industry trends, market changes, and competitor partnerships.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Proven experience in partnership development, business development, or strategic alliances.
Strong negotiation, networking, and relationship management skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Strategic thinker with the ability to translate ideas into actionable results.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
