Job Description

Reaching Out To You: HL Assurance Pte. Ltd. (HLAS) is a licensed general insurance company in Singapore since 2012, a subsidiary of Hong Leong Financial Group Berhad (HLFG) and a member of the Hong Leong Group.

Role Summary:

This role supports the execution of strategic partnership initiatives that drive revenue growth and expand business opportunities. The individual will manage the operational lifecycle of partner-related products, optimize performance through data analysis, and ensure seamless collaboration across internal and external stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:

Revenue & Growth Enablement

  • Implement partnership strategies that contribute to revenue targets and unlock new business channels

  • Support tactical execution of partner campaigns and product launches

Portfolio Optimization

  • Analyze key performance metrics to identify growth levers and improve profitability

  • Maintain dashboards and trackers to monitor partner performance and business impact

  • Optimize Partnership Portfolio by analyse key performance metrics to identify growth opportunities, enhance profitability, and support sustainable business expansion.

Partner Engagement & ROI

  • Conduct regular performance reviews with partners to strengthen collaboration

  • Prepare insights and recommendations to improve ROI and long-term value

Lifecycle Management

  • Oversee end-to-end execution of partner-related products, including product enhancements and campaign journeys

  • Support P&L tracking and reporting for assigned partnership initiatives

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, legal, marketing, finance) to ensure timely delivery

  • Serve as a key liaison between internal teams and external partners during execution phases

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

  • 1-3 years in partnerships, digital marketing, or project implementation roles. Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply

  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, performance modeling)

  • Excellent PowerPoint skills for executive-level presentations and partner communications

  • Proven ability to manage timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables in a matrixed environment
