Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Operational Support
- Deliver ongoing account management and support to maintain high levels of billing organisation / financial institution partnership satisfaction and long-term retention.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and reports to support new business initiatives.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to Partnership Management team to streamline daily operations and to improve partner experience
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, agreements, reports, and presentation materials.
- Manage administrative duties, including daily form submissions, tracking partner activities, data entry, and monthly reporting.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (e.g. Operations, Product, Funding, and Customer Service) to ensure a smooth integration and activation process, and to support on-going transactions
- Document UAT results, track issues, and support resolution efforts before go-live.
Qualifications
- Experience in business support, partnership management, or coordination roles preferred.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and professional attitude, including courtesy, collaboration, and a proactive mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to think independently, solve new problems, and proactively suggest service improvements to the team.
- Strong numerical aptitude and analytical thinking skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently while contributing effectively to a team environment
- Experience in FinTech, payments, or digital services industry is an advantage.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is a plus
