Key Responsibilities

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Deliver ongoing account management and support to maintain high levels of billing organisation / financial institution partnership satisfaction and long-term retention.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and reports to support new business initiatives.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to Partnership Management team to streamline daily operations and to improve partner experience
  • Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, agreements, reports, and presentation materials.
  • Manage administrative duties, including daily form submissions, tracking partner activities, data entry, and monthly reporting.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (e.g. Operations, Product, Funding, and Customer Service) to ensure a smooth integration and activation process, and to support on-going transactions
  • Document UAT results, track issues, and support resolution efforts before go-live.

Qualifications

  • Experience in business support, partnership management, or coordination roles preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and professional attitude, including courtesy, collaboration, and a proactive mindset.
  • Demonstrated ability to think independently, solve new problems, and proactively suggest service improvements to the team.
  • Strong numerical aptitude and analytical thinking skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently while contributing effectively to a team environment
  • Experience in FinTech, payments, or digital services industry is an advantage.
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is a plus
