Partnership Delivery Manager, Payments

Argyll Scott is hiring a Partnership Delivery Manager, Payments, on a contract mission in Singapore.

You will join Argyll Scott as a contract consultant. The mission is with a global payments technology leader, where you will sit in the Singapore team, dedicated to a regional brand partnership delivered through card issuers across Asia Pacific.

You will be the central coordination point between the partner, the account team, market and issuer teams, and the issuers themselves, from engagement through launch.

What you will do

- Support market and issuer teams to develop and progress partnership opportunities with card issuers
- Build issuer facing value propositions, engagement materials and sales enablement tools
- Coordinate the implementation of partnership benefits across issuers and markets, with product teams
- Document fulfilment journeys, operational requirements and launch readiness
- Run approval workflows across legal, marketing, product, operations and commercial teams
- Coordinate the review of marketing collateral, campaigns and creative assets
- Track decisions, timelines, dependencies and risks, and prepare executive updates
- Build repeatable templates and playbooks for new markets

What we are looking for

- 4+ years in consulting, account management, client delivery, partnerships, programme management or go to market
- Experience coordinating cross functional initiatives with internal and external stakeholders, without direct authority
- Able to turn strategy into practical execution plans and see them through launch
- Concise, executive ready presentations and communication
- Detail oriented, proactive and comfortable with ambiguity
- Payments, cards, loyalty, travel, entertainment or financial services experience is an advantage
