Responsibilities:
The role will balance distribution sales, partner management, and sales training with the focus of growing the sales funnel;
- Managing the local distribution partners to meet and exceed set sales quotas while adhering to company's sales rules of engagement
- Aggressively drive partners to maximize sales and total partnership potential through sales best practices, training and support.
- Work with marketing to drive programs and events to extend the relationships to new prospects.
- Managing a complex, enterprise solution sale with company's partners; to include managing the RFP process.
- Providing weekly reporting of pipeline and forecast.
- Keeping abreast of competition, competitive issues and products.
- Attending and participating in sales meetings, product seminars and trade shows.
- Preparing written presentations, reports, and price quotations.
- Defining and executing partner sales plans
Requirements:
- Diploma holder and above.
- Possess 3-5 years of relevant experience in sales experience with good network of Distributors and Channel Partners
- Good market knowledge (customers, competitors, suppliers, overall environment)
- Business administration competence.
