Osome is redefining the back office for the next generation of global entrepreneurs. We are the AI Company Management Platform for global founders, simplifying the complex coordination of incorporation, accounting, compliance and financial administration across markets.
As we diversify our growth engine beyond paid media, we are investing in our partner ecosystem as a scalable distribution channel. We are creating the Partner Marketing Manager role to build and shape this motion from the ground up. While not inheriting a mature playbook, you will have strong foundations to build on, including our live Channel & Referral Partner programmes, partner marketplace and dashboard.
Working alongside Partnerships, Growth and Lifecycle Marketing, you will turn signed partners into productive, revenue-generating channels. While commercial relationship ownership remains with the Partnerships team, you will own how partners are activated, enabled, and marketed with and through. Your mission is to grow partner-sourced clients and revenue, improve acquisition efficiency, and establish the attribution needed to measure the programme properly.
How We Will Measure Success
- Establish the partner marketing measurement framework within your first 90 days, including funnel mechanics, attribution definitions, dashboards and performance baselines.
- Grow partner-sourced clients, qualified pipeline and revenue against targets agreed once the baseline is established.
- Improve the cost per SQL, cost per acquired client, and ultimately the LTV: CAC ratio from partner channels - relative to paid acquisition - without compromising lead quality.
- Increase the proportion of signed partners that become active, productive and repeatable sources of customer acquisition.
- Create a clear test-and-learn roadmap that identifies which partner types, propositions and activation tactics deliver the strongest commercial return.
What Does The Role Do On a Day-to-day Basis
- Build the partner marketing strategy, operating model and roadmap along with the Partnerships, Product marketing and Growth marketing teams.
- Develop joint go-to-market and activation plans for strategic partners after they are signed by the Partnerships team.
- Work across functions to develop propositions, activation kits, landing pages, email journeys, webinars, events, case studies and sales materials partners need to generate demand.
- Design referral, cross-sell, post-incorporation and lifecycle campaigns across relevant customer journeys with Growth and Lifecycle Marketing.
- Manage MDF and campaign budgets, build business cases, and report clearly on spend, pipeline, revenue and ROI.
- Equip Sales teams with the messaging, tools and performance insights needed to activate and leverage partner offers effectively.
- Translate partner feedback and performance data into improvements to propositions, campaigns and the wider partner programme.

- Experience defining funnel metrics, building attribution or reporting, and using performance data to make commercial decisions.
- Experience managing partner stakeholders, cross-functional teams, campaign budgets and MDF end to end.
