Partner Marketing Intern

As a Partner Marketing Intern, you will assist in executing marketing activities related to strategic partner events and communications, including collaborations with key partners such as AWS, Google, and Microsoft. You will support event coordination, content creation, and webpage updates to enhance the effectiveness of our partnership marketing efforts and ensure alignment with NCS brand guidelines.

What You'll Do

Event Support:

• Assist in organizing and coordinating partner events co-hosted with NCS.
• Support on-site or virtual event activities.
• Track event progress and provide updates to the planning team.

Drafting Communication Pieces:

• Create engaging email marketing content (eDM) and invitations for partner events.
• Draft social media posts to promote events and related activities.
• Ensure all communication materials align with NCS brand voice and guidelines.
• Coordinate with the design team to obtain visual assets for communications.

Material Checks:

• Review and edit presentation decks to ensure compliance with NCS standards.
• Proofread and format materials for clarity and accuracy.
• Provide constructive feedback to improve presentation quality.

Webpage Updates:

• Support update requests for NCS partner webpage.
• Coordinate with the web development team to implement changes and keep information current.
