This is an 8-month, hybrid contract role with a US MNC social media giant in Singapore.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the cross functional teams in APAC including Solutions Architect team, Partnership team, Advertiser sales team, local teams in GCR and various other cross-functional teams in HQ.
- Works with other members of the social media advertising product and the leadership team to drive the long-term business plan for the publishers.
- Leads and supports revenue strategic account planning for the assigned publishers, develops and executes on customer success plans and creates the necessary conditions for product adoption and growth.
- Oversees day- to- day operations with assigned publishers with an eye to delivering an unparalleled service experience.
- Provides local thought leadership in the region and represents the company at various industry conferences, publisher events and developer forums.
- Represents and conveys the company's advertising product value proposition to audiences ranging from CXOs to technical stakeholders, driving adoption, engagement and growth.
- Engages regularly with customers via strategic and operational reviews to evaluate needs and strategic direction.
- Acts in a consultative capacity to influence and educate Publisher sales and marketing teams on go-to- market strategies to achieve and exceed their business growth goals.
- Aggregates publishers feedback from the field back to the Product team to influence product roadmap development.
- Maintains a competent understanding of social media advertising products and service offerings, adapt quickly to product changes and communicate approved content to stakeholders and publishers.
- Reports on revenue trends, market feedback, business forecasting and goals.
- Consistently meets and exceeds monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Qualifications:
- Competent understanding of the GCR & Japanese mobile app developer ecosystem and competitive monetization solutions experience.
- Business competency in English, Mandarin and Japanese as the role requires engaging with partners in China and Japan whose usual business language is Mandarin
- 5+ years of overall business experience across sales, business development, product marketing in the mobile ecosystem.
- 3+ years experience with Ad tech technology companies (such as DSPs, SSPs, Ad Networks, In-app measurement platforms) and understanding of ad serving technology, exchanges, DSPs, Video CMSs.
- Experience in working in a very high growth and cross functional environment, willingness with business travel up to 30% of time
- Competent communication and presentation skills at all levels of an organization. Competent analytical skills with data storytelling skills.
- Sound understanding of the mobile and online advertising markets, open to learn new tech, new products, innovations.
