Partner Account Manager

Salary Package: Basic + AWS + Allowance

Location: Yishun Ave

Working days: 5 days

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional partner strategies aligned with business growth goals.

• Identify, onboard, and develop partners across key technology markets.

• Drive joint GTM plans, pipeline generation, and account targeting with partners.

• Manage partner revenue, pipeline performance, deal registration, and forecasting.

• Build strong relationships with key partner stakeholders and lead business reviews.

• Coordinate partner training, certifications, and product/solution enablement.

• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations to ensure effective partner execution.

• Identify new market opportunities and expand the partner ecosystem across ASEAN.

• Monitor industry trends, competitors, and channel opportunities to support growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.

• 6-8 years of experience in technology channel/partner sales within technology (e.g., test & measurement, semiconductor, enterprise IT).

• Strong knowledge of distributors, VARs, and system integrators.

• Proven experience driving revenue through partner channels.

• Experience managing partners and markets across Southeast Asia.
