Part-Time Warehouse Operations Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily data entry in Excel to track stock movements and delivery status.
• Assist with physical stock counts and verify them against the system manifest.
• Cross-check incoming goods against packing slips and report any damages or shortagesimmediately.
• Provide concise shift-end updates to the team regarding stock availability.
• Help organize the warehouse layout to ensure items are easy to locate and count.

Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience in a warehouse, retail, or administrative environment.
• Proficient in Excel and Word.
• Highly detail-oriented with a focus on spotting numerical errors.
• Reliable and able to communicate clearly with the rest of the operations team.
• Quick learner who can adapt to specific inventory logging processes

Salary:$10 - $14/hour
