Job Summary

The Singapore Mint seeks a reliable Part-Time Warehouse Assistant to support daily warehouse operations by handling goods accurately and safely, including receiving, picking, packing, and inventory tasks.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and organise incoming goods to ensure accuracy and proper storage
• Pick and pack products accurately according to order specifications for delivery and collection
• Prepare goods for delivery, collection, and fulfilment to meet operational schedules
• Load, unload, and move stock within the warehouse safely and efficiently
• Label, sort, and store goods in designated warehouse locations to maintain order
• Assist with stock counts, cycle counts, and inventory checks to support accurate records
• Report damaged goods, incorrect quantities, or stock discrepancies promptly to the supervisor
• Update basic inventory records and systems as required to maintain data accuracy
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment by following housekeeping standards
• Follow warehouse procedures, security protocols, and workplace safety practices consistently
• Support the warehouse team during peak periods and perform other assigned duties as needed

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Prior experience in warehouse, logistics, packing, fulfilment, or inventory handling is preferred but not essential
• Basic computer skills for simple inventory or administrative tasks are advantageous
• Forklift license or experience with warehouse equipment is an advantage but not required

Benefits

S$14 per hour

Monday to Friday working schedule, 8.00am to 5.30pm
