Part-time Warehouse Assistant

S$12.50 per hour, Part-time, 3 months contract

Working Hours

• Monday, (Wednesday) and Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm
• 2 - 3 working days per week
• With option to extend contract after 3 months
• Additional hours or occasional weekend support may be required based on operational needs

Job Responsibilities

• Receiving and checking goods
• Picking and packing
• Stocktaking and stock checking
• Update inventory records
• Handle returned goods
• Maintain warehouse housekeeping
• Assist with ad-hoc administrative work
• Other warehouse duties as assigned

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word skills
• Careful, responsible, and detail-oriented
• Able to follow instructions and SOPs
• Basic English communication skills
• Willing to learn basic terminal setup/testing
• Basic IT knowledge (LAN, Wi-Fi, mobile data and internet)
• Physically fit and able to handle items weighing approximately 10kg to 28kg
• Comfortable with hands-on warehouse work
• Warehouse experience is an advantage but not required
