Team Executive

What You'll Do:
Source and identify talent through Job portals, events, and referrals

Promote career opportunities and build a strong candidate pipeline

Coordinate interviews, support onboarding, and track recruitment progress

Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, and logistics

Organise events, transport, vendor coordination, and photoshoots

Track tasks, deadlines, documents, expenses, and databases

Support the Director with daily administrative and operational needs

Run social media platforms and engage with our online community

Create content for social media, email campaigns, and website

Plan and execute creative campaigns to build brand awareness

You're a great fit if you:
Hold a minimum Diploma in any discipline

Are passionate about events, content, and connecting with people

Proficient in Microsoft Office, Canva, and social media tools

Strong communicator who's comfortable with outreach and teamwork

Experience in recruitment, sales, or customer-facing roles is a bonus
