Part-Time Studio Operator

Part-Time Studio Operator ($900/month + CPF)

We are looking for a responsible and flexible Part-Time Studio Operator to support our yoga studio.

Key Responsibilities

Counter Duties (10 hours/week):
Fri: 4:30 PM - 8:30 PM | Sat & Sun: 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM.

Handle student check-ins, class bookings, and package sales.

Work From Home (Weekdays):

• Plan and manage the weekly class schedule and upload it to the system.
• Coordinate with teachers via WhatsApp and manage last-minute replacements.
• Maintain a fast response time for urgent scheduling changes.

Requirements

• Organized, tech-savvy (WhatsApp/basic systems), and calm under pressure.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
