Part-Time Social Worker/Counsellor (Yishun Family Service)

Role Overview

We are seeking a Part-Time Social Worker/Counsellor to provide casework and counselling support to individuals and families. The role involves managing a caseload, delivering interventions, and working collaboratively to achieve sustainable outcomes for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of up to 15 clients, providing casework and/or counselling interventions

• Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and review progress regularly

• Provide emotional support, crisis intervention, and practical assistance based on client needs

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support client outcomes

• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential case documentation and reports

Requirements

• Degree, Graduate Diploma or Master in Social Work or Counselling

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience.

• Prior experience working in Family Service Centres (FSC) or Protective Services will be an advantage.

• Strong interpersonal, assessment, and case management skills
