The required services include:
. Student Engagement and Support
Build ongoing relationships with selected students and provide regular mentoring and counselling support to both students and their families over time.
. Relationship Building and Development
Develop positive and meaningful relationships with identified students to support their personal growth and improve their academic performance.
. Tailored Intervention Planning
Create and carry out support plans that are tailored to each student's needs. This may include home visits when necessary and should align with the school's existing support systems.
. Assessment and Reporting
Monitor students to identify key needs, document important cases, and report findings to Student Management staff and School Leadership for further support when needed.
. Collaborative Case Management
Attend case review and management meetings with school staff, share insights on student needs and programme effectiveness, and help strengthen the school's ability to support students.
. Additional Duties
Carry out any other duties assigned by School Leaders, Heads of Department (HODs), or the Administrative Manager.
Working days and hours:
Support services are needed on Mondays and Wednesdays, 8:00am to 5:00pm
Up to 50% of the scheduled support during school holidays may be moved to term time.
No service is required on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.
