Part Time Shipping & Warehouse Assistant

Key Responsibilities

1. Stock count, scanning, allocation and packing.

2. Arrange and coordinate domestic and international shipments.

3. Handle shipment bookings with courier or freight service providers.

4. Perform data entry related to shipping and billing.

5. Communicate with customers and courier companies to track shipments and resolve delivery issues.

6. Provide support to the logistics and sales teams.

7. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

1. Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in shipping or logistics support.

2. Basic knowledge of international courier services (e.g., DHL, FedEx, UPS) is an advantage.

3. Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office(Excel, Word, Outlook).

4. Good attention to detail, strong organizational and communication skills.

5. Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
