Job Summary
You will represent us at catering events and live food stations, assist with buffet setup and serving, engage guests with friendly service, and support event logistics including packing, transporting, and clearing.
Responsibilities
- Represent professionally at catering events, live stations, and service setups to promote the brand and ensure smooth operations
- Assist with setting up buffet and food stations to prepare for guest service
- Serve guests courteously and efficiently to provide excellent customer experiences
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner to support positive event atmospheres
- Support event logistics by packing supplies, transporting items, and clearing areas promptly after events
- Adapt to fast-paced environments by maintaining stamina and focus while working on your feet
- Work flexible hours including weekday and weekend shifts to meet event scheduling needs
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Prior experience in food and beverage or customer service roles is a plus but not required
- Outgoing and approachable communication style to engage guests effectively
- Customer-focused mindset to anticipate and meet guest needs during events
