Job Description

  • Deliver friendly and efficient food and beverage service to ensure a positive guest experience
  • Take accurate customer orders and process them through the POS system, including handling payments
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages for dine-in and takeaway orders
  • Attend to customer enquiries and feedback, escalating issues to supervisors when necessary
  • Promote current and upcoming promotions to enhance customer engagement
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards at all times
  • Ensure proper display of food items and assist customers with selection and packing
  • Support daily outlet operations, including stock replenishment, receiving deliveries, storage, and opening/closing duties
  • Assist with basic baking duties where required
  • Comply with company policies, SOPs, and grooming standards
  • Perform any other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • No work experience required; on-job-training will be provided
