Job Description
- Deliver friendly and efficient food and beverage service to ensure a positive guest experience
- Take accurate customer orders and process them through the POS system, including handling payments
- Prepare and serve food and beverages for dine-in and takeaway orders
- Attend to customer enquiries and feedback, escalating issues to supervisors when necessary
- Promote current and upcoming promotions to enhance customer engagement
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards at all times
- Ensure proper display of food items and assist customers with selection and packing
- Support daily outlet operations, including stock replenishment, receiving deliveries, storage, and opening/closing duties
- Assist with basic baking duties where required
- Comply with company policies, SOPs, and grooming standards
- Perform any other duties as assigned
- No work experience required; on-job-training will be provided
