Brawn & Brains is a specialty coffee roastery and caf located in the East of Singapore. We are looking for outgoing, positive individuals who enjoy customer service and can work independently with initiative to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service with a positive and outgoing attitude
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the caf
- Take orders and process payment transactions accurately
- Greet customers, presenting menus, take orders, suggest and recommend meal promotions appropriately
- Operate the POS cash register
- Perform cashiering duties accurately and efficiently
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Work well and confidently under pressure during peak hours
- Attend to customers queries and feedback
- Assist in other areas of operations when required
- Required for weekends and public holidays
- Shifts will be located between outlets (East Coast Road / Hamilton Road)
- Remuneration rates are based on relevant working experience

- Able to rotates all outlets upon require
